The Project

A Dialogue Between Contemporary and Classic

The essence of The Manhattan lies in its ability to harmonize contrasting elements: expansive glass surfaces blend with parapets adorned with subtle neoclassical details, creating an elegant continuity with the city’s architectural heritage. This dialogue is amplified in the four corner building blocks, connected by structures of aluminium, glass, and wood, embodying the building’s most modern features.

Elegance and Distinction

The refined aesthetic of The Manhattan is expressed through its volumes, characterized by the bow-window typology, and the choice of a satin light gold finish for cladding and aluminum fixtures. Particularly distinctive are the two rooftop altanas, contemporary reinterpretations of tower elements, offering captivating views of the sea and the city.

Living Comfort and Sustainability

The well-being of residents is at the core of the design philosophy, with a generous provision of usable outdoor spaces: porticos, loggias, balconies, and solariums create a superior living experience, enhanced by green roofs on every floor. Attention to comfort is also reflected in cutting-edge systems design, utilizing renewable energy sources through photovoltaic panels and high-efficiency heat pumps, ensuring an A4 energy classification.

Exclusivity and Context

The privileged location in the heart of Riccione, along a historic avenue steps from the sea and the renowned Viale Ceccarini, defines The Manhattan’s exclusive identity. The building integrates harmoniously into a context of large trees and historic villa gardens, establishing a respectful dialogue with its surroundings that enhances its value and prestige.

The Manhattan is more than a residential building: it embodies a philosophy of living that combines aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability into a unique experience in Riccione’s landscape.
